The result was that the new 'ghost-busting' fix removed about 3 or 4 of my old mutuals and around 30 'fans'. Not sure if this 'ghostbusting' fix has been deployed generally yet but when it is I imagine anyone who's been around SU for any length of time could see a sharp 'one-off' drop in the number of their 'fans' as old ghost accounts are deleted. After that though it should be fine. Seems like a useful fix to a problem I've seen people mentioning ever since I've been here ..:) |

I've gotten used to keeping an eye on the bottom of my mutuals list to catch inactives before they become ghosts. Now I don't have to worry about it. Not that I've ever gotten close to the 200 mutuals limit, but I didn't want it to become an issue in the future. |
